How do I make my tea?

Drink every morning before or during breakfast. (Contains minor amounts of natural caffeine. Not recommended after 5 pm.)

NIGHT CLEANSE / REST WELL BLEND:
Add 1 tea bag in a cup of near boiling water for 4-5 minutes. (You can also add honey or a slice of lemon.)
Drink every other night after your dinner. (Contains no caffeine. Drink before going to sleep.)

Can I detox while fasting?
